At each visit your home will be provided with freshly
laundered towels and micro-fiber mopping pads.
This eliminates cross contamination.

The Holly Maids 39-Point Checklist will make your house
sparkle. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, floors
and dusting on every cleaning.
BATHROOMS:
- Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
- Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected
and rinsed
- Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and
behind
- Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove
and replace items on top)
- Towels changed (if left out)
- Mirrors cleaned
- Window sills wiped down, ( window
coverings hand cleaned)
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards dusted or wiped
- Vacuum and/or mop floors
KITCHEN:
- Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed
and replaced)
- Cabinet fronts dusted
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Floor vacuumed or mopped
- Outside of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator,
dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (insides cleaned upon request-ask for details)
- Degrease range hood
- Stainless steal appliances cleaned and polished with an
invisible micro-molecular barrier
- Small appliances wiped
- Window sills cleaned, (window coverings
hand cleaned)
- Baseboards dusted or wiped
- Trash emptied
- Dust table and chairs
BEDROOMS:
- All areas dusted on top, on front and underneath (all
items removed and replaced - more time may be required
if there are lots of knickknacks)
- Picture frames dusted
- Mirrors cleaned
- Window sills cleaned, ( window
coverings hand cleaned)
- Carpets vacuumed (where accessible)
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards dusted
- Lampshades wiped down or dusted
- Light general straightening
OTHER LIVING AREAS, INCLUDING HALLWAYS AND STAIRS:
- All areas dusted-on top, on front and underneath (All
items removed and replaced-more time may be required if
there are lots of knickknacks)
- Hardwood floors mopped with microfiber mopping system
and tile floors damp mopped.
- Carpeted floors vacuumed (where accessible)
- Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
- Window sills wiped down (window coverings
hand cleaned)
- Glass tables cleaned
- Picture frames dusted
- Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
- Light general straightening

OUR 39 POINT CHECK LIST has just been improved with our
new microfiber mopping system. The new mopping system
eliminates cross contamination, drastically reduces
water on your floors and dries quicker so rooms can be
entered sooner. You will also see a great change on your
counter tops. All counter tops are now cleaned and
protected with Holly Maids Elegant. A product specially
formulated for Holly Maids that cleans, shines and
protects marble, granite, tile and laminate counter
tops. Also all mirrors are now cleaned with Holly Maids
Sparkle. With Sparkle your bathroom mirrors will not fog
up. These additional services are offered to new and
existing customers at no additional cost. |
